Post Auction Payment
Payment and Payment Schedule.
No payments are to be made directly from the buyer to the seller.
Full payment from the winning bidder in the amount of the auction closing price, applicable sales tax, any indemnification
costs and the fees and commissions of Graham Iron must be received by and post to a secure payment account designated by
Graham Iron within three (3) business days after the close of the Auction with respect to the applicable piece of Equipment.
Buyers from the United States may send payments to the designated account via wire transfer or certified cashier’s check.
Buyers from outside the United States must send all payments via wire transfer.
